Privacy policy

Cairns Roofers is run by Just Digital, a company registered in Indonesia. To ask about your details, use the form on the contact page and write "privacy request" in the message.

What we collect

The name, phone number and message you send in a quote request, the page you sent it from, and a short-lived record of your network address used to stop spam.

What we do with it

The request is emailed to the operator's inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. A person at Just Digital reads it and passes it on by hand to one independent roofer who holds a current QBCC licence. We keep a copy for up to 13 months so we can follow up and fix problems. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Just Digital, which runs this site; the one roofer your request is passed to; and the services that host this site and carry the email (Cloudflare and Google). These providers may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete your details using the contact form, as described above.
